Sophie has spent more than a decade in the pet care industry, with experience spanning human resources, marketing, operations, and administration. She began her career with Puppy Haven in 2013, working at the front desk while attending the College of Charleston. After earning her bachelor’s degree and returning to Atlanta, she rejoined the company full-time and grew through a variety of leadership roles, including Assistant Manager, General Manager, and Project Manager, before stepping into her current role as Director of Marketing and Administration. Today, Sophie’s work centers on human resources, company culture, and marketing, with a focus on supporting employees, fostering a strong and connected workplace, and building brands that reflect the people and values behind them.

Sophie lives in Atlanta with her husband, Ethan, their son, Levi, their Bernedoodle, Bernadette, and their black cat, Boss. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, live music, Georgia football, and spending time with family and friends.
