Bonnie has been part of the Puppy Haven team since 2015, beginning her career as a Customer Experience Specialist before growing into her current role as Director of Operations. Today, she primarily oversees Puppy Haven locations, supporting operational excellence, team development, and a consistently high standard of care across the organization. With a background in education and teaching, Bonnie has also played an integral role in developing staff training programs and creating opportunities for career growth and advancement. She holds a master’s degree in Applied Educational Psychology from Boston College.

Outside of work, Bonnie is a mom to two children and two fur children. She enjoys playing softball, weightlifting, and spending time at the personal training gym she owns.
