Jennifer is an experienced pet care and operations leader with more than 20 years in the industry. As Operations Director for Barking Hound Village Texas, she oversees operations across the Dallas locations, leading teams and managers with a focus on exceptional pet care, team development, client experience, and overall business performance. Throughout her career, Jennifer has been passionate about building strong teams, developing leaders, and creating operational systems that help both people and pets thrive.

Jennifer lives in Dallas with her husband and best friend, Rich, and their three dogs, Piper, Jovie, and Ridge. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, taking road trips, gardening, cooking, and discovering great food.
