With 14 years of hands-on experience in the pet care industry, including nearly eight years owning and operating a pet care facility, Blaire brings deep expertise in animal care, client relationships, and facility management. His background also includes more than six years in mergers and acquisitions and operational consulting, where he helped businesses scale, strengthen operations, and optimize performance. Blaire also brings extensive multi-unit operations experience, having played a key role in the large-scale rollout of more than 100 Dunkin’ locations, helping drive consistent brand standards, operational excellence, and market expansion. Together, these experiences have given him a unique combination of pet industry leadership, operational expertise, and high-volume retail experience that allows him to drive strategic growth while maintaining a strong focus on exceptional care and service.

Blaire’s passion for animals extends well beyond his professional life, especially when it comes to his Boston Terrier, Bluey, and Labradoodle, Abbey. Outside of work, his life is firmly grounded in family and faith, and he is a devoted supporter of East Carolina Athletics
