Michael co-founded Puppy Haven in 2012 and helped grow the business from a single location to seven. In 2025, he played an integral role in the partnership that led to the creation of Pack Pet Care. Having worked across nearly every aspect of the business, Michael has a deep understanding of what it takes to operate a successful pet care facility, from cleaning kennels and picking up after dogs to delivering five-star customer service and building strong teams.

Michael was born and raised in Atlanta and attended the University of Georgia, where he earned both his undergraduate degree and master’s degree in accounting. He lives in Atlanta with his wife, two children, and a feisty old Chihuahua mix named Marco. In his spare time, Michael enjoys outdoor activities with his family, playing golf, and supporting Atlanta’s underperforming sports teams.
